McNiesh explained <br />that it is in the amount of $275.00 and is used for small cash <br />purchases by the various'departments; noted that the summer parks <br />program requires payment of admissions for roller skating, tubin8. <br />baseball 8smes. etc. plus bus fares and supplies. <br /> <br />After discussion, it was moved by Christiansen that Council auth- <br />orize a separate Petty Cash Fund for the exclusive use of the <br />Parks and Recreation Department in the amount of $250.00; Director <br />of Parks and Recreation Dept. to be directly reaponsible for this . <br />Petty Cash Fund. which ia subject to review at the end of the year. <br />Motion waa seconded by Hieks, and carried unanimoualy (5-0). <br /> <br />Christiansen moved that Council approve the Payroll and the check <br />for Petty Cash. Motion was seconded by McAllister and cerried <br />unanimously. (5-0) <br /> <br />Adjournment <br /> <br />Hicks moved, seconded by McAllister, that the meeting adjourn at <br />10:46 p.m. Motion carried unanimously.
