<br />Minutes of Regular Council Meeting <br />March 28, 1983 <br />Page Six <br /> <br />t <br />~ <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />Northwest Youth Services Bureau <br />Hicka had attended Board of Director's meeting, stated that re- <br />quests for 1984 fundings will be received in near future. <br /> <br />Request from Residents <br />Woodburn reported that he and Squires had visited sites where <br />complaints were made concerning unhealthy or unsightly conditiona; <br />letters haye been sent to the property owners advising them of <br />Code viola tions. <br /> <br />CLERK ADMINISTRATOR'S REPORT <br /> <br />Resolution No. 83-21, Apportioning Assessments, Water Improve- <br />ment No. 68-1 <br />Hicks moved, seconded by McAllister, that Council approve Reso- <br />lution 83-21, APPORTIONING ASSESSMENTS, WATER IMPR. NO. 68-1. <br />Motion carried unanimously (5-0). <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />Claims and Payroll <br />McNiesh noted addition of payment to Nodlund and Associates for <br />$6,298.69. Christiansen moved, seconded by Hicks, that Council <br />approve the Claims and Payroll as submitted. Motion carried unan- <br />imously (5-0). <br /> <br />Request for Permit - Outside Produce Sale, Hauser's Super Valu <br />McNiesh stated that management of Hauser's has requested permission <br />for an outside produce sale, July 21, 22 and 23, noted this will <br />not be held in conjunction with the entire center. She stated <br />there were no citizen complaints on last year's outside sale. <br />Motion was made by Hicks, seconded by Mulcahy, that Council ap- ' <br />prove granting of permit to Hauser~ for three day outside produce <br />sale. Motion carried unanimously (5-0). <br /> <br />Parks and Recreation Committee - Request for Concept Plan <br />for CumminRs Park <br />In discussion, Council noted that payment has been made to Planner <br />previously for plans for this park. Mulcahy noted this is a re- <br />vised plan for park, submitted by the special subcommittee. <br />Motion was made by Hicks that McNiesh get Planner Miller's esti- <br />mate for redoing the Cummings Park Concept Plan according to cur- <br />rent proposal. (If more than $500, Council would like to discuss <br />before approval).
