<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting <br />of City Council <br />City of Arden Hills <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota <br /> <br />Held: March 14, 1983 <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting <br /> <br />of the City Council of the City of Arden Hills, Minnesota, was <br /> <br />duly held in the City Hall in said City on Monday, March 14, <br />1983, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor Woodburn and <br /> <br />Councilmen McAllister, Christiansen and Mulcahy; and the follow- <br /> <br />ing was absent: Councilman Hicks. <br /> <br />Also in attendance were Charlotte McNiesh, City Clerk Ad- <br /> <br />ministrator; Dorothy Zehm, Deputy Clerk, Donald Lamb, City Trea- <br /> <br />surer; Thomas Deans of Peterson, Popovich, Knutson & Flynn, <br /> <br />City Bond Consultant and Donald Christoffersen, City Engineer. <br /> <br />MAYOR WOODBURN: We'll open the public hearing relative to <br />Improvement No. SS-83-2, Sewer Extension to 1315 Red Fox Road. <br />Mrs. McNiesh, was the Notice of Hearing published? <br /> <br />CHARLOTTE MC NIESH: Yes, I have an affidavit of publication <br />that the Notice was published in the New Brighton Bulletin on <br />March 3rd and 10th and I have a certificate of mailing that cer- <br />tifies that the notices were deposited in the post office at <br />New Brighton on March 3rd. <br /> <br />MAYOR WOODBURN: Engineer Christoffersen,will you briefly de- <br />scribe the proposed improvement? <br /> <br />DON CHRISTOFFERSEN: The proposed project is an extension of the <br />sanitary sewer to the Nielsen property located on the north side <br />of Red Fox Road adjacent to S.T.H. 51. The approximate location <br />of inplace sanitary sewei is here, about one-half the distance <br />between Highway 51 and Lexington; the City pumping station is <br />here, on the south side of Red Fox Road. The nearest inplace <br />sanitary sewer to the Nielsen property is approximately 900 feet <br />to the east. West of the inplace sBaitary sewer along Red Fox <br />Road, the surface elevation decreases. The elevation of a west- <br />erly extension of aanitary sewer increases; therefore a gravity <br />
