Extract of Minutes of Meeting of City Council City of Arden Hills Ramsey County, Minnesota Held: March 14, 1983 Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Arden Hills, Minnesota, was duly held in the City Hall in said City on Monday, March 14, 1983, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. The following members were present: Mayor Woodburn and Councilmen McAllister, Christiansen and Mulcahy; and the follow- ing was absent: Councilman Hicks. Also in attendance were Charlotte McNiesh, City Clerk Ad- ministrator; Dorothy Zehm, Deputy Clerk, Donald Lamb, City Trea- surer; Thomas Deans of Peterson, Popovich, Knutson & Flynn, City Bond Consultant and Donald Christoffersen, City Engineer. MAYOR WOODBURN: We'll open the public hearing relative to Improvement No. SS-83-2, Sewer Extension to 1315 Red Fox Road. Mrs. McNiesh, was the Notice of Hearing published? CHARLOTTE MC NIESH: Yes, I have an affidavit of publication that the Notice was published in the New Brighton Bulletin on March 3rd and 10th and I have a certificate of mailing that cer- tifies that the notices were deposited in the post office at New Brighton on March 3rd. MAYOR WOODBURN: Engineer Christoffersen,will you briefly de- scribe the proposed improvement? DON CHRISTOFFERSEN: The proposed project is an extension of the sanitary sewer to the Nielsen property located on the north side of Red Fox Road adjacent to S.T.H. 51. The approximate location of inplace sanitary sewei is here, about one-half the distance between Highway 51 and Lexington; the City pumping station is here, on the south side of Red Fox Road. The nearest inplace sanitary sewer to the Nielsen property is approximately 900 feet to the east. West of the inplace sBaitary sewer along Red Fox Road, the surface elevation decreases.
