ARDEN HILLS CITY COUNCIL — JULY 14, 2025 2 <br />Neither of the Advisory Committees have met since the last Council meeting. <br />Councilmember Holden asked if staff was going to notify the public that there was litigation. <br />Mayor Grant reported on the advice of legal counsel the City Council would not be discussing <br />litigation or the potential for litigation at this meeting. <br />3. Transportation Update <br />Public Works Director Swearingen reported the 2025 street maintenance contractor completed <br />chip sealing work last Friday and conducted an initial sweep of the streets. He indicated a fog seal <br />would be done at the end of July or early August. <br />B. Night to Unite Update <br />Assistant to the City Administrator/City Clerk Hanson stated Night to Unite would be held on <br />Tuesday, August 5. Residents were encouraged to register their neighborhood parties with the <br />Ramsey County Sheriff's Office by Tuesday, July 22 in order to ensure a visit from a local <br />Deputy and barricades can be reserved by calling City Hall by Tuesday, July 22. <br />7.
