MORTGAGE HOLDER CONSENT <br />TO <br />SECOND AMENDMENT TO DEVELOPMENT CONTRACT <br />and PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT <br />Bankers Life and Casualty Company, an Illinois insurance company which, by assignment <br />from 40186 Mortgage Capital, Inc., holds the following: <br />1. Mortgage, Assignment of Rents, Security Agreement dated October 10, 2023 and <br />recorded October 17, 2023 as Ramsey County, Minnesota, Document No. A05005235, <br />and <br />2. Assignment of Leases and Rents dated October 10, 2023 and recorded October 17, 2023 <br />as Ramsey County, Minnesota, Document No. A05005236, and <br />3.
