JIB Attachment B <br />ALTUS <br />March 26, 2025 <br />Spectrum Sign Systems <br />Mr. Rick Ferraro <br />8786 West 35W Service Drive <br />Blaine, MN 55449 <br />Dear Rick, <br />I am writing to you pursuant to your request that I approach Altus Properties, LLC, Altus <br />Gateway, LLC and Altus Gateway Co -Investor, LLC regarding the City of Arden Hills' request <br />to obtain a future easement on at 4200 Round Lake Road to accommodate a future project by the <br />City to obtain gateway signage rights. <br />Altus appreciates the City's interest in enhancing signage at this location and is open to entering <br />into good faith negotiations with the City regarding this desired project in normal course. As <br />you know, any such proposal will involve detailed information regarding the proposed location, <br />design, maintenance responsibilities, and any associated agreements to ensure alignment with <br />both City of Arden Hills and property ownership objectives. <br />This needs to be a standalone discussion and not delay what should be a routine approval on <br />Altus' sign package currently before the City. <br />Thanks again for your continued communication and partnership.
