Everest Development <br /> Negotiations are continuing with Everest as to the development <br /> of the Gateway Business District. The developer has several <br /> items which need to be submitted to the City by December 13, <br /> 1994. The current preliminary development agreement expires at <br /> that time. <br /> 2. TCAAP <br /> The City has received 9 responses to its request for <br /> • qualifications (RFQ) . These firms include both local and <br /> national firms. A recommendation will be considered by the City <br /> Council at its November 17th worksession as to the process to be <br /> followed in reviewing these documents. The Reutilization <br /> Committee has been formed and has now held two meetings. <br /> 3. Other Development <br /> Staff has also had conversations with several other realtors and <br /> developers about development in Arden Hills. These include the <br /> Gateway Business District, Control Data Site, and Arden Plaza. <br /> The Amoco expansion plans have been tabled by the Planning Commission <br /> pending completion of several items by the owner. <br /> • <br />
