MAYOR WOODBURN: We'll make a note of that and have it
looked at.

.

ADELE ANDERSON: Could I address the part about park dedi-
cation? The Park Committee feels that the cul-de-sac being put
in the park would sort of be to the convenience of Mr.
Eibensteiner and now he's telling us that he's going to give
us part of that as dedication. We never really asked for it
and we'd kind of like to have money instead so that we can do
some new things in the park. Am I hearing that this is to be
our dedication? The cul-de-sac?

MR. EIBENSTEINER:

I hope so.

ADELE ANDERSON:
Mr. Eibensteiner, but
the pond. Apparently
he wants.

I don't like that. I have nothing against
I hear him saying he's going to fill up
he thinks it's his land, to do with what

MR. EIBENSTEINER: I really didn't mean that. I could
fill up the pond. I don't want the storm sewer. That's all.

ADELE ANDERSON: If you're thinking of dedication, we
would like to think in other terms.

MAYOR WOODBURN: I have two items I would like to ask
about. We do have a cul-de-sac in a park - Mrs. Zehm, I
believe you're familiar with that (inaudible). How was that
handled?

MRS. DOROTHY ZEHM: That was handled as park dedication
for Karth Lake, built by the developer in our park, as park
dedication for that development.

MAYOR WOODBURN: Another
somebody - the feasibility of
does somebody have the figure
Arden Oaks was projectJ at?

question I have to address to
Arden Oaks, I believe it is -
on what the cost per lot in

..

COUNCILMAN McALLISTER:
to be $15,600 per lot

MR. OSWALD TSCHIDA, 1445 Floral Drive: I don't like to
see the road go through the park either' because the road would
go past my garage about fifteen feet away. Who wants to have
a street that close?

The assessments there are going

MRS. UDAGER, 4255 Norma: I use the park a lot. I love
to ski and it is kind of hard to get down in there, but I hear
that is going to be cleared. I have one problem - we work in
the day time and it's dark in there. I'm used to parks where
there are lights. Why are we so against lights? I went
skiing the other night and I must say, it did frighten me a
little. Everybody says that I'm crazy to go out there. Why

19
