Minutes of Regular Council Meeting <br /> <br />January 11, 1982 <br /> <br />Council Appointment <br />Council discussed Council appointment procedure to be followed. <br />Mayor Woodburn referred Council to names of three persona he had <br />talked ~o relative to their intereat in appointment ae Councilman; <br />noted that Jeanne Winiecki and Dale Hicks have agreed to place- <br />ment of their names on the list.
