<br />I <br />I. <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br /> <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I' <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />Ie <br />I <br /> <br />F. <br /> <br />Adopt the 1996 official Meeting Calendar. <br /> <br />MOTION: <br /> <br />Malone moved and Aplikowski seconded a motion to approve the Consent <br />Calendar as presented and authorize execution of all necessary documents <br />contained therein, The Motion carried unanimously (4-0), <br /> <br />PUBLIC COMMENTS <br /> <br />Mayor Probst noted that there was no audience to invite to address the Council on any issues not <br />already on the Agenda and thus, no public comments, <br /> <br />APPROY AL OF CITY APPOINTMENTS <br /> <br />The "Professional Consultants" and "Inspections" portions of City Administrator Fritsinger's <br />December 27, 1995, Memorandum on this subject were referenced by Mayor Probst. <br /> <br />MOTION: <br /> <br />Malone moved and Hicks seconded a motion to approve 1996 appointments as <br />recommended by the City Administrator in his Memorandum of December 27, <br />1995, The motion carried unanimously (4-0), <br /> <br />APPOINT ACTING MAYOR <br /> <br />Mayor Probst recommended that Councilmember Aplikowski be appointed the Acting Mayor for <br />1996, <br /> <br />MOTION: <br /> <br />Hicks moved and Malone seconded a motion to ratify Mayor Probst's <br />appointment of Acting Mayor, The motion carried unanimously (5-0), <br /> <br />APPOINTMENT OF 1996 COUNCIL LIAISONS <br /> <br />Mayor Probst recommended that Council Liaison appointments previously discussed and listed <br />in City Administrator Fritsinger's December 27, 1995 Memorandum be approved, <br /> <br />MOTION: <br /> <br />Hicks moved and Aplikowski seconded a motion to ratify Mayor Probst's 1996 <br />Council liaison appointment. The motion carried unanimously (5-0), <br /> <br />APPROY AL OF COMMITTEE APPOINTMENTS AND APPOINTMENT OF <br />CHAIRPERSONS <br /> <br />Mayor Probst recommended citizen appointments to the Planning commission and various <br />Committees listed in City Administrator Fritsinger's December 27,1995, Memorandum be <br />approved, Mayor Probst indicated that he had not had received confirmation from all Chair <br />appointees, <br />
