MOTION: Malone moved and Aplikowski seconded a motion to approve the Consent Calendar as presented and authorize execution of all necessary documents contained therein, The Motion carried unanimously (4-0), PUBLIC COMMENTS Mayor Probst noted that there was no audience to invite to address the Council on any issues not already on the Agenda and thus, no public comments, APPROY AL OF CITY APPOINTMENTS The "Professional Consultants" and "Inspections" portions of City Administrator Fritsinger's December 27, 1995, Memorandum on this subject were referenced by Mayor Probst. MOTION: Malone moved and Hicks seconded a motion to approve 1996 appointments as recommended by the City Administrator in his Memorandum of December 27, 1995, The motion carried unanimously (4-0), APPOINT ACTING MAYOR Mayor Probst recommended that Councilmember Aplikowski be appointed the Acting Mayor for 1996, MOTION: Hicks moved and Malone seconded a motion to ratify Mayor Probst's appointment of Acting Mayor, The motion carried unanimously (5-0), APPOINTMENT OF 1996 COUNCIL LIAISONS Mayor Probst recommended that Council Liaison appointments previously discussed and listed in City Administrator Fritsinger's December 27, 1995 Memorandum be approved, MOTION: Hicks moved and Aplikowski seconded a motion to ratify Mayor Probst's 1996 Council liaison appointment.
