(PUD Amendment), subject <br /> I to conditions detailed in the staff report and Planning Commission as follows: <br /> L Modification ofthe student enrollment Full Time Equivalency (FTE) <br /> I allowed at Northwestern College, such that the enrollment shall not exceed <br /> 1,425 FTE within the next five (5) years with consideration of an increase <br /> ofFTE to 1,600 at that time; <br /> I 2. Establishment of a review period of five (5) years to review general <br /> I activity on campus. These reviews would look at issues such as <br /> enrollment trends, any short or long range changes in the site plan or <br /> building additions. The first of such reviews would occur five (5) years <br /> I from the date of approval of this action, unless Northwestern College <br /> proposes an amendment to the PUD before that date. Amendments to the <br /> PUD will still require Public Hearings whether or not they occur at the <br /> Ie same time as the regular five-year review; <br /> 3. Modifications to the Roseville portion of the campus also be submitted to <br /> I Arden Hills for the purpose of keeping the case file current and having the <br /> opportunity of responding to proposals. Similarly, proposals for action by <br /> Arden Hills will be submitted to Roseville for review and comment; and <br /> I 4. Provide screening as negotiated by staff <br /> I The motion carried unanimously (5-0). <br /> I Councilmember Hicks stated he is pleased that Northwestern College is growing and believes it <br /> is a good addition to Arden Hills. <br /> I Don Erickson thanked the City staff and Council for their handling of this request. <br /> C. Economic Development Marketing Brochure <br /> I Mr. Fritsinger noted the revised staff memorandum which reflects the revised bid which was <br /> received. <br /> I Mr. Ringwald advised the Economic Development Committee has completed a proposed <br /> t' marketing brochure for Council review, approval, and authorization to print the brochure. He <br /> explained the past brochure was similar to the one used by Mounds View (cover and stapled <br /> inside) and the Economic Development Committee is proposing a departure to use a loose leaf <br /> I <br />
