ARDEN HILLS CITY COUNCIL — SEPTEMBER 8, 2025 <br />E <br />Councilmember Weber stated the Planning Commission met last week and reviewed the <br />chicken ordinance and a new home request with a significant number of variances on Lake <br />Johanna Boulevard. He reported the Commission made a recommendation for approval on the <br />lake home with conditions on how to address the non -conformances. <br />Councilmember Holden reported she was looking forward to serving as a judge at Ribfest. <br />Councilmember Monson commented she would like the Council to receive updates from the <br />Fire Board after each of their meetings. <br />Mayor Grant stated he was looking forward to serving as one of the many judges at Ribfest. He <br />noted Ribfest would begin at 12:00 noon on Saturday, September 13. <br />Mayor Grant indicated the State of the City address would be held on Saturday, September 20. <br />Mayor Grant explained he has worked with John Connelly for many years and he appreciated all <br />of his efforts on behalf of the City of Arden Hills. <br />ADJOURN <br />MOTION: Mayor Grant moved and Councilmember Monson seconded a motion to <br />adiourn.
