It <br />--ARpEN_HILLS <br />CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2025-060 <br />Attachment A <br />RESOLUTION DESIGNATING CERTAIN CITY -OWNED PROPERTY AS <br />"MULLIN GARDENS" <br />WHEREAS, the City of Arden Hills is the fee owner of that certain real property located <br />within Floral Park, 1423 Floral Dr West, in the City of Arden Hills, County of Ramsey, State of <br />Minnesota, described as follows: <br />That part of the park located 200 feet northeast of Floral Drive, 13.5 feet to the east <br />of the side of the paved trail, 52 feet from the northwest corner of the playground <br />container, 270 feet to the south southeast of the ballfield home plate, 272 feet from <br />the northwest corner of the tennis court fence, in an oval shape of 975 square feet, <br />120 feet in circumference, 44 feet in diameter from the northwest to the southeast <br />and 25 feet in diameter from the southwest to the northeast, that is currently filled <br />with pollinator plants and flowers in its entirety. <br />WHEREAS, the Property consists of approximately 0.022 acres and is currently being <br />maintained as a pollinator garden; and <br />WHEREAS, the City wishes to name the garden after the person who originally planted it <br />and maintained it for many years, Robert "Bob" Mullin, and maintain it as a pollinator garden to <br />serve the City's residents, businesses, and visitors. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Arden Hills that: <br />1. The City -owned property located at 1423 Floral Dr West, as further described herein, <br />shall be known as "Mullin Gardens." <br />2. Mullin Gardens shall be maintained as a pollinator garden or for other gardening <br />purposes as determined by the City. <br />Such garden use shall continue until the City Council takes official action to change <br />this designation and direct a different use of the Property. <br />4. City staff is directed to maintain the Property for garden purposes. <br />5.
