Final Plat
1. Use a right-of-way line type for all existing right-of-way to help differentiate between
parcel lines on all Sheets. 505.021, Sub.6 requires adjacent RW lines to be dashed and they
are currently shown as dashed. This only appears to be a concern on page 3. Most of the
dashed lines represent different underlying parcels within the right of way as a result of
multiple acquisitions over time (typically shown as lighter dashed lines). The RW along the
edge of Outlot B could be shown either as a parcel line or RW as it is both.
2. Label the widths of all adjoining existing right-of-way, if width varies, indicate so. This only
seems to be a concern on page 3 as the dimensions or the phrase “width varies” exist on all
other sheets. 505.021, Sub. 6 requires the width to be shown only “if known.” This portion
of 35W is so wide and crosses into the next section to the west that we really don’t know
the width at any given point. Also, the width varies label is not on the underlying plat of
TCAAP in this location either. We can write “width varies” with a pen manually on the
mylar if this is absolutely needed.
3. On Sheet 3, label with stippled lettering County State Aid Highway No. 13. 505.021, Sub. 6
requires the names of roadways that are “adjacent” to the plat boundary to be shown.
There is a section of County Road H, referred to in comment 4, that is in between CSAH 13
and the plat boundary. Might be nice for reference but not needed.
4. On Sheet 3, label with stippled lettering, the area north of and adjoining Outlot B, TCAAP as
County Road H. 505.021, Sub. 6 requires the names of roadways that are “adjacent” to the
plat boundary to be shown. Currently, the plat does not label the adjacent roadway. We
suggest adding a leader (shown in red below) on the mylar copies with a pen. The recorder
will allow this.
