WHEREAS, public notice of this hearing on the Preliminary Plat and Final Plat was issued <br />in the official newspaper of the City of Arden Hills at least ten (10) days prior to the public hearing <br />and mailed to all property owners within 1000 feet of the Subject Property; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the JDA’s obligation to conduct a public hearing has been met where the <br />Joint Development Authority duly held a public hearing on September 9, 2025. All persons present <br />at said meeting were given an opportunity to be heard and present written statements; and <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE JOINT DEVELOPMENT <br />AUTHORITY: <br /> <br />Approves the application for Preliminary and Final Plat Approval for the Subject Property, as <br />defined herein, based on JDA Development staff report, and subject to the following condition: <br /> <br />1. The Applicant shall record the Final Plat with Ramsey County within sixty (60) days of <br />the JDA’s approval and a copy of the recorded plat shall be provided to the City. <br />2. All items identified in the September 2, 2025, City PW/Engineering Division memo shall <br />be addressed prior to the recording of the Final Plat.
