APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br /> <br />Chair Dietz added the budget discussion to the agenda under New Business. <br /> <br />MOTION: Committee Member Olson moved, and Chair Dietz seconded a motion to approve <br />the meeting agenda as amended. The motion carried unanimously among members present. <br /> <br />2. APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br /> <br />A. April 15, 2025 PTRC Minutes <br /> <br />MOTION: Committee Member Olson moved and Committee Member Loosbrock seconded <br />a motion to approve the meeting minutes as amended.
