0 <br />CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />ORDINANCE NO. 326 <br />AN ORDINANCE <br />RELATING TO CONSTRUCTION WORK <br />WITHIN PUBLIC RIGHTS-OF-WAY MANAGEMENT <br />The Arden Hills City Council hereby ordains that Chapter 8, Article VI, Section 8-60, is <br />added to the Arden Hills Municipal Code to read as follows: <br />8-60 Incorporation of Right -of -Way Management Regulations. The Use and Construction of <br />improvements within Public Rights -of -Way shall be subject to the provisions of Arden Hills <br />Ordinance Number 327 which is incorporated herein. Arden Hills Ordinance Number 327 <br />establishes Rules and Regulations for the use of Rights -of -Way including Registration <br />Requirements, Reporting Obligations, Rights -of -Way Regulations, Inspection Requirements, <br />Revocation of Permit Procedures, Mapping Data Requirements, Procedure which apply to <br />Right -of -Way Vacations, Indemnification Obligations of Right -of -Way users, and <br />Procedures which apply to the abandonment of equipment located within the Right -of -Way. <br />The City is in the process of recodifying its regulations. Ordinance Number 327 includes <br />the format and numbering system which will be included in the recodification. <br />Adoption Date.
