• STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br />ORDINANCE NO. <br />AN ORDINANCE RELATING TO CONSTRUCTION WORK WITHIN PUBLIC <br />RIGHTS-OF-WAY MANAGEMENT <br />The Arden Hills City Council hereby ordains that Chapter 8, <br />Article VI, Section 8-60 is added to the Arden Hills <br />Municipal Code to read as follows: <br />Sec. 8-60. Incorporation of Right -of -Way Manangement <br />Reaulations. The Use and Construction of improvements <br />within Public Rights -of -Way shall be subject to the <br />• provisions of Arden Hills Ordinance Number SZ which is <br />incorporated herein. Arden Hills Ordinance Number 32 �- <br />establishes Rules and Regulations for the use of Rights -of - <br />Way including Registration Requirements, Reporting <br />Obligations, Rights -of -Way Regulations, Inspection <br />Requirements, Revocation of Permit Procedures, Mapping Data <br />Requirements, Procedures which apply to Right -of -Way <br />Vacations, Indemnification Obligations of Right -of -Way <br />users, and Procedures which apply to the abandonment of <br />equipment located within the Right -of -Way. The City is in <br />the process of recodifying its regulations. Ordinance <br />Number 32g- includes the format and numbering system <br />which will be included in the recodification. <br />E <br />7 <br />
