These uses can, it unrestricte , place unacceptabl <br />`traffic on these sites and streets that would negatively impact adjacent uses outside the Neighborhood Business District. <br />. The bufferyard shall <br />he landscaped with a combination of evergreen trees (six fool high minimum) and deciduous trees (three inch caliper minimum) such that the use <br />vas effectively screened from the adjacent residences. The bufferyard landscaping shall not be included in the minimum landscaping calculation <br />• (Section A. 5, a). <br />(d) Sloped Roofs shall be utilized on all principal and accessory structures.
