• #5 Building Exteriors, Site Features and Site Development <br />(b) Bufferyards 30 feet in width shall be provided adjacent to all residential uses outside the <br />Neighborhood Business District. The bufferyard shall be landscaped with a combination of <br />evergreen trees (six foot high minimum) and deciduous trees (three inch caliper minimum) such <br />that the use is effectively screened from the adjacent residences. The buffer -yard landscaping <br />shall not be included in the minimum landscaping calculation (Section A, 5, a). <br />(d) Sloped Roofs shall be utilized on all principal and accessory structures. Roofing materials <br />and design shall be consistent with those found in the adjacent residential neighborhoods outside <br />the Neighborhood Business District <br />Effective Date.
