Pursuant to <br />Minnesota Statutes Section 465.03 for the benefit of its citizens, cities are authorized to accept <br />gifts and bequests for the benefits of recreational services. <br />Discussion <br />The Arden Hills Foundation donated a total of $250.00 to the City of Arden Hills to purchase <br />the pumpkins for the annual Flashlight Pumpkin Hunt.
