This recommendation should consider such <br /> things as: <br /> • Should this Permit and Use Agreement, and the company itself, go through a <br /> Planning process to present this information to the Planning Commission to pass <br /> along a recommendation to the City Council? <br /> • Should this organization be able to go right to the City Council and discuss and <br /> negotiate the Permit and Use Agreement? <br /> • Is this not a piece of technology and use in which the City would be interested? <br /> If you need more information, or have any questions, I'm available at your convenience. <br /> CC/Right-of-Way File <br /> III <br />
