The ordinance <br /> makes no allowance for exceptions. The service will be billed quarterly. <br /> Residents may choose which type of service best suits their needs. <br /> Customers provide their own garbage containers and they must be placed <br /> at the curb on their pickup day. <br /> Other Utilities <br /> Electric service for most of the City is provided by Anoka Electric <br /> Cooperative (612-323-2650). Natural gas service for most of the City is <br /> provided by Minnegasco (612-372-4720). A small part of the east side of <br /> the City is serviced by NSP (612-639-1234) for gas and electric service. <br /> Sprinkling Ban <br /> Lawn sprinkling restrictions shall be implemented on the day following <br /> notice in the official newspaper of the City of Blaine. Additional means of <br /> notification will be used as directed by the City Manager including <br /> information on utility bills, notice posted throughout the community, and <br /> radio and television. There are no sprinkling restrictions until a notice is <br /> • placed in the official City newspaper, the Blaine/Spring Lake Park Life.
