The ordinance makes no allowance for exceptions. The service will be billed quarterly. Residents may choose which type of service best suits their needs. Customers provide their own garbage containers and they must be placed at the curb on their pickup day. Other Utilities Electric service for most of the City is provided by Anoka Electric Cooperative (612-323-2650). Natural gas service for most of the City is provided by Minnegasco (612-372-4720). A small part of the east side of the City is serviced by NSP (612-639-1234) for gas and electric service. Sprinkling Ban Lawn sprinkling restrictions shall be implemented on the day following notice in the official newspaper of the City of Blaine. Additional means of notification will be used as directed by the City Manager including information on utility bills, notice posted throughout the community, and radio and television. There are no sprinkling restrictions until a notice is • placed in the official City newspaper, the Blaine/Spring Lake Park Life. If restrictions are imposed, they will begin with Tier I.
