Tier I Restriction: All property with addresses that end with an <br /> odd number may be sprinkled on odd numbered calendar days <br /> • and property with addresses that end with an even number may <br /> be sprinkled on even numbered calendar days. <br /> B. Tier II Restriction: In addition to the above Tier I odd/even <br /> restriction, sprinkling is prohibited by all properties during the <br /> hours of 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM. <br /> C.
