A system of fund <br /> Utility Department accounting is maintained in which each fund is a complete set of <br /> City Newsletter records within itself. In addition to the General Fund, which is the <br /> Annual Financial Report operating fund of the City, the Finance Department presently accounts <br /> for the financial activities of the Special Revenue, Debt Service, Capital <br /> Projects, Enterprise, Internal Service, and Trust and Agency Funds.
