Also <br /> said he will warn them. <br /> c) Garbage collection—Ray visited Maplewood on 12-16-99--see <br /> information in December package—will be discussed next week, <br /> b. Terry Post—City Administrator <br /> I) Truth in Taxation meeting- two residents attended the meeting. There will <br /> be a 2.96% levy increase (mainly for inflationary reasons <br /> 2) Land conveyance process—there are still several "environmental hoops" the <br /> city needs to jump through--hopefully there will be a groundbreaking in the <br /> spring <br /> c. Beverley Aplikowski—Council Update <br /> 1) David Grant was appointed to the city council.
