<br />, <br /> <br />Minutes of Regular Council Meeting, September 8, 1986 <br />Page 6 <br /> <br />Other Business <br />Sather questioned when the Public Works re-opener would be discussed by <br />Council. <br /> <br />It was the general consensus of the Council to discuss this item at their first <br />regular meeting in October 1986. <br /> <br />Hansen reported that for various reasons she had not pursued recommendations <br />for the North Suburban Youth Service Bureau. <br />Information about recycling drop off at 775 Rice Street be noted in the <br />Town Crier, to make citizens aware of the facility. <br />Noted response from Rice Creek Watershed regarding debris and weeds <br />coming into Lake Johanna, advising it is property owners responsibility <br />to maintain shoreline. <br />Suggested article about new Deputy Clerk/Zoning Administrator be placed <br />in Town Crier. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />Mayor Woodburn suggested that Lake Joaephine be included in request for fall <br />lowering of lake levels. <br /> <br />REPORT OF CLERK ADMINISTRATOR CHARLOTTE MCNIESH <br /> <br />Tent Sale and Temporary Banner - Hoiaaards <br />McNiesh advised Council this was an annual event to be held September 18 thru <br />21, 1986. <br /> <br />Hicks moved, seconded by Sather, that Council approve the permit for Hoigaards <br />as submitted. Motion carried unanimously. (5-0) <br /> <br />.Restaurant License - Deluxe Check Company <br />Moved by Sather, seconded by Peck, that Council approve the Restaurant License <br />of Deluxe Check Company as submitted. Motion carried unanimously. (5-0) <br /> <br />Apportionment of Assessments <br />Hansen moved, seconded by Hicks, that Council adopt the following apportionment <br />of assessment resolutions: <br /> <br />- Resolution No. 86-45, RESOLUTION RELATING TO APPORTIONMENT OF ASSESSMENTS <br />RELATING TO CONSOLIDATED SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENTS NOS. 12 AND 13. <br />- Resolution No. 86-46, RESOLUTION RELATING TO APPORTIONMENT OF ASSESSMENTS <br />RELATING TO COMBINED IMPROVEMENTS W-77-5 AND W-78-2. <br />- Resolution No. 86-47, RESOLUTION RELATING TO APPORTIONMENT OF ASSESSMENTS <br />RELATING TO CONSOLIDATED WATER IMPROVEMENT 67-1 AND 67-2. <br />- Resolution No. 86-48, RESOLUTION RELATING TO APPORTIONMENT OF ASSESSMENTS <br />RELATING TO IMPROVEMENT NO.
