Janet <br />Estates <br />McNiesh reported that the assessment payment was posted to the wrong lot by <br />Ramsey County; error has been corrected by the County. (informational only - <br />no loss to the City). <br /> <br />Reduction in Assessed Valuations - 1260 Red Fox Road <br />McNiesh noted that reductions in assessed valuations, in excess of $100,000, <br />must be reported to the municipality. McNiesh reported that basic data was <br />corrected and revised, and the. value is now comparable to others in the area; <br />consequently, the reduction. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />Claims and Pavroll <br />Peck moved, seconded by Hicks, that the Claims and Payroll be approved as <br />presented. Motion carried unanimously.
