The EDA could consider delaying the consideration of gateway signs <br />another year to allow the EDC time to review this topic in 2026. Upon direction, staff would shift <br />timing of project within the proposed 2026-3030 CIP. Additionally, the proposed 2026 budget <br />includes $100,000 programmed in the levy for EDA, which equates to 1.6%. This is consistent <br />with previous budgets to primarily cover operating expenditures for personnel costs.
