Minutes of Regular Council Meeting, October 15 Page nine Apportionment of Assessments Hansen moved, seconded by Hicks, that Council adopt the following apportion- ment of assessment resolutions: - Resolution No. 85-53, RESOLUTION RELATING TO APPORTIONMENT OF ASSESSMENTS RELATING TO CONSOLIDATED SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENTS NOS. 12 AND 13. - Resolution No, 85-54, RESOLUTION RELATING TO APPORTIONMENT OF ASSESSMENTS RELATING TO COMBINED IMPROVEMENT W-77-5 AND W-78-2, - Resolution No. 85-56, RESOLUTION RELATING TO APPORTIONMENT OF ASSESSMENTS RELATING TO CONSOLIDATED WATER IMPROVEMENTS NOS. 68-2,AND 68-3, - Resolution No. 85-57, RESOLUTION RELATING TO APPORTIONMENT OF ASSESSMENTS RELATING.TO SANITARY SEWER NO. 15. Motion carried unanimously. (5-0) . Joint Compensation Study - Comparable Worth Council was referred to MAMA memo of October 2 and to McNiesh's memo of 10/9/85 re suggested complaint procedure and suggested appeal review com- mittee, Additional names were suggested as potential appeal committee members, Peck agreed to represent Council on the appe~! board. Computer Symposium - November 6 - 8 Hicks moved, seconded by Hansen, that Council authorize McNie~'s attendance at the symposium in St. Cloud, and reimbursement of her expenses, Motion carried unanimously. (5-0) Claims and Payroll Hansen moved, seconded by Peck, that Council approve the Claims and Payroll as presented. Motion carried unanimously. (5-0) Adjournment Hansen moved, seconded by Sather, that the meeting adjourn at 12:30 a,m, Motion carried unanimously.
