Hansen and Woodburn will attend 0 <br /> <br />Johanna Shores - Proposed Gazebo and StoraRe BuildinR <br />Council was referred to Planner Miller's memo (7/16/85) re Johanna Shores <br />Site Improvementso Council concurred that the proposed gazebo, at the <br />proposed lake point location, will be decorative and an asset to the siteo <br />Council concurred that the proposed storage structure is a significant <br />change in the site plan, in an area which has been sensitive to the adjacent <br />neighborhood, and should be referred to the Planning Commission for its <br />recommendation to Council" <br /> <br />REPORT OF VILLAGE CLERK ADMINISTRATOR CHARLOTTE MCNIESH <br /> <br />1986 BudRet Guidelines <br />Council was referred to.McNiesh's memo (7/22/85) recommending percentages <br />to be used for 1986 budgeting purposes 0 <br /> <br />After discussion, Hicks moved to authorize 3(. increase in salaries for 1986 <br />budgeting purposeso Motion was seconded by Peck and carried unanimously. <br />(4-0) <br /> <br />Council concurred with McNiesh and Lamb that a 7,% interest rate on invest- <br />ments be used for 1986 budgeting purposeso <br /> <br />(McNiesh to obtain background information on how CPIU and CPIW percentages <br />were figured 0 ) <br /> <br />Claims and Payroll <br />Hicks moved, seconded by Peck, that Council approve the Claims and Payroll <br />as presented. Motion carried unanimously. (4-0) <br /> <br />ResiRnation from Human RiRhts Commission <br />McNiesh reported receipt of a letter from Dorothy Elion, member of the Human <br />Rights Commission, tendering her resignation because she is moving out of . <br />the Villageo Council accepted her resignation and expressed appreciation <br />for her services on the Human Rights Commission. <br /> <br />PendinR Assessments HearinRs <br />McNiesh reported that she is tentatively scheduling the assessment hearings <br />for Lametti Addition, Royal Hills North and McClung Third Addition on <br />August 26; reported that the road comdemnation litigation has not been heard <br />by District Court to date; consequently, a "supplementary hearing" may be <br />needed at a later date for Royal Hills North. <br />
