Motion carried unanimously. (4-0) <br /> <br />ResiRnation from Human RiRhts Commission <br />McNiesh reported receipt of a letter from Dorothy Elion, member of the Human <br />Rights Commission, tendering her resignation because she is moving out of . <br />the Villageo Council accepted her resignation and expressed appreciation <br />for her services on the Human Rights Commission. <br /> <br />PendinR Assessments HearinRs <br />McNiesh reported that she is tentatively scheduling the assessment hearings <br />for Lametti Addition, Royal Hills North and McClung Third Addition on <br />August 26; reported that the road comdemnation litigation has not been heard <br />by District Court to date; consequently, a "supplementary hearing" may be <br />needed at a later date for Royal Hills North. <br />
