<br />... <br /> <br />, , <br /> <br />Minutes of Regular Council Meeting <br />Village of Arden Hills <br />Monday, January 14, 1985 ~ 8:00 p.m. <br />Village Hall <br /> <br />Call to Order <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, Mayor Woodburn called the meeting to order <br />at 8:00 p.m. <br /> <br />Roll Call <br />Present <br /> <br />- Mayor Robert Woodburn, <br />Nancy Hansen <br />~ Councilman Dale Hicks <br />~ Treasurer Donald Lamb, <br />Clerk Dorothy Zehm <br /> <br />Councilmembers Thomas Sather, Gary Peck, <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />Absent <br />Also Present <br /> <br />Clerk Administrator Charlotte McNiesh, Deputy <br /> <br />Approval of Minutes <br />Hansen moved, seconded by Peck, that the ~lil1utes of December 2lth and January 2nd <br />Council meetings be approved as submitted. Modon carried unanimously. (4-0) <br /> <br />Business From The Floor <br />None <br /> <br />Development Agreement <br />Deferred to January 28th meeting pending receipt of draft of agreement from City <br />Attorney. <br /> <br />Additional Committee Appoinbnents <br />Council was referred to McNiesh's memo (1-11-85) listing additional Committee <br />vo 1 unteers. <br /> <br />Woodburn made the following Committee Appointments: <br /> <br />Gregory Ruehle - Public Safety Committee and Cable Communication Advisory <br />Committee <br /> <br />Thomas Besch - Public Safety CO!1'Jllittee (iniidvertE~nt1y omitted on earlier <br />appointment list). <br /> <br />Pecl< moved, seconded by Sather, to ratify the ~fayor'$ additional Committee <br />appointments for 1985. Motion carried unanimously. (~,-O) <br /> <br />Woodburn noted that Thomas Mulcahy has volunteered to continu" to serve on the <br />Ad Hoc Parkway Study Committee (a volunteer ComlYiitt(~e consisting of Planning <br />Commi ss i on and Pa rks and Recrea t i on Committee members). <br /> <br />Approval of Youth Gymnastics Instructor <br />Council was referred to Buckley's memo of 1j14/f35, recGi:,n~nding the hiring of <br />Catherine Lanz as co-gymnastics instructor. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />Hansen moved, seconded by Peck, that Council approve the hil'ing of Catherine <br />Lanz at $6.50/hour as per memo. Motion carried unanimously. (4.,0) <br /> <br />(It was noted that memo di d not i ndi cate whether the $6.
