<br />" ,0, __ <br /> <br />Minutes of Regular Council Meeting <br />Monday, September 24, 1984 <br />Page Six <br /> <br />Emergency Service Plan <br />Woodburn referred Council to a copy of the Shoreview emergency plan <br />which was recommended by Jerome Timm for adoption by the City of <br />Arden Hills. <br /> <br />In discussion, it was the general consensus of Council that the City <br />should have a policy and/or plan; referred the Shoreview plan to <br />McNiesh, Johansen and subsequently to the Public Safety Committee <br />for review and recommendations to Council for its consideration. <br /> <br />Newsletter Committee <br />Council was referred to motion by the Newsletter Committee (9/25/84) . <br />that the Newsletter continue to report the names of Councilmembers <br />voting, as well as the action taken. <br /> <br />Woodburn suggested that Council may wish to consider the combining <br />of. the Newsletter Committee and the Cable Communication Committee <br />in 1986; noted that this combination was recommended previously <br />by William Bauer (Cable Communication Committee Chairman). <br /> <br />REPORT OF VILLAGE CLERK ADMINISTRATOR CHARLOTTE McNIESH <br /> <br />Claims and Payroll <br />Hicks moved, seconded by Rauenhorst, that Council approve the <br />Claims and Payrolls as presented. Motion carried unanimously. (5-0) <br /> <br />Metro Council - Van for Handica~ped <br />McNiesh reported that the vehic e to be operated by the Mounds <br />View School District was ranked No.1 by Metro Council; noted that <br />the prospect for a van for handicapped and disabled in the Arden <br />Hills area is good. <br /> <br />Adjournment <br />Rauenhorst moved, seconded by <br />at 10:02 p.m. Motion carried <br /> <br />Hansen, that the meeting adjourn <br />unanimously.
