In discussion, It was the general <br />consensus of Councl I that It would seem appropriate for the Councl Is <br />of al I three contract cities to make the decision. <br /> <br />Com lalnts About Geese on Lake Johanna <br />Woodburn reported that approximate y 12 residents on the south side <br />of Lake Johanna have contacted the DNR relative to ridding the <br />lake of Canadian geese because of the unsanitary condition of the <br />beach, docks and rafts. Woodburn reported that he understands the <br />geese must be moved In June; cost of removal by one agency Is <br />S3000/year, over a 3-4 year period. Residents' wi Illngness to <br />contribute to the cost of the removal of the geese, as they do for <br />spraying of the lake, was queried.
