Approval of landscape plan by City Planner <br />2. Resolution of park dedication credit given for on-site <br />ponding. <br />3. Acceptable signage for one-way traffic pattern north <br />of the building. <br /> <br />Amendment was accepted by Rauenhorst, and motion, as amended, <br />carried unanimously. (4-0) <br /> <br />Case No. 83-15, signafie Plan for Woodbrid~e Properties <br />Scott deLambert, Wood ridge Properties, dlstributed drawings <br />showing drivers' line of sight at the proposed sign location at <br />the Woodbridge access roads on County Road E and Pine Tree Drive; <br />noted that a mock-up of the proposed signs have been installed; <br />reported that, as positioned, the signs provide a clear line of <br />sight for traffic at both sign locations. <br /> <br />~auenhorst moved, seconded by Christiansen, that Council approve <br />the signage plan for North Park Corporate Center (Woodbridge <br />Properties) as presented. Motion carried unanimously. (4-0) <br /> <br />Case No. 84-18, Zoning Ordinance Modification - Medical Clinics <br />in Industrial Districts <br />Deferred pending Planning Commission further study and recommenda- <br />tions. <br /> <br />Case No. 84-20, Zoning Ordinance Modification - Manufactured Homes <br />Deferred pending Planning Commission recommendations. <br /> <br />REPORT OF VILLAGE ENGINEER DONALD CHRISTOFFERSEN <br /> <br />C.G. Rein Drainage - Status Report <br />Christoffersen reported that a drawing has been submitted by <br />Rein of the proposed drainage modifications he proposes which <br />indludes two catch basins and a connection to the storm sewer; <br />believes this is adequate to resolve the drainage problem. <br />Christoffersen said he does not know when the modification will <br />occur; noted that the drawing was received on July 25th, which <br />was the deadline given to Rein. <br /> <br />McNiesh reported that Rein will refer the work to a contractor <br />and anticipates work will be completed by September 15, 1984. <br /> <br />Council concurred that a letter be sent to Rein requiring <br />completion of the work by September 1st. <br /> <br />Water Improvement No. 83-4 - Status Report <br />Christoffersen reported that the work is practically finished; <br />reported that there is still some restoration work and patching <br />to be done. Christoffersen said he has had no personal contact <br />with the residents except one (a sod and culvert complaint) <br />which contractor is attempting to resolve. <br /> <br />Bid Award - 1984 Sealcoating <br />Christoffersen referred Council to bid tabulation of the 4 bids <br />received; recommended that the bid be awarded to the low bidder, <br />Allied Blacktop. <br /> <br />Christiansen moved, seconded by Rauenhorst, that Council award <br />the 1984 Seal coating bid to Allied Blacktop at a cost of <br />$38,718.75. Motiqn carried unanimously. (4-0) <br />
