Christiansen moved to amend the motion to add; subject to: 1. Approval of landscape plan by City Planner 2. Resolution of park dedication credit given for on-site ponding. 3. Acceptable signage for one-way traffic pattern north of the building. Amendment was accepted by Rauenhorst, and motion, as amended, carried unanimously. (4-0) Case No. 83-15, signafie Plan for Woodbrid~e Properties Scott deLambert, Wood ridge Properties, dlstributed drawings showing drivers' line of sight at the proposed sign location at the Woodbridge access roads on County Road E and Pine Tree Drive; noted that a mock-up of the proposed signs have been installed; reported that, as positioned, the signs provide a clear line of sight for traffic at both sign locations. ~auenhorst moved, seconded by Christiansen, that Council approve the signage plan for North Park Corporate Center (Woodbridge Properties) as presented. Motion carried unanimously. (4-0) Case No. 84-18, Zoning Ordinance Modification - Medical Clinics in Industrial Districts Deferred pending Planning Commission further study and recommenda- tions. Case No. 84-20, Zoning Ordinance Modification - Manufactured Homes Deferred pending Planning Commission recommendations. REPORT OF VILLAGE ENGINEER DONALD CHRISTOFFERSEN C.G. Rein Drainage - Status Report Christoffersen reported that a drawing has been submitted by Rein of the proposed drainage modifications he proposes which indludes two catch basins and a connection to the storm sewer; believes this is adequate to resolve the drainage problem. Christoffersen said he does not know when the modification will occur; noted that the drawing was received on July 25th, which was the deadline given to Rein. McNiesh reported that Rein will refer the work to a contractor and anticipates work will be completed by September 15, 1984. Council concurred that a letter be sent to Rein requiring completion of the work by September 1st. Water Improvement No. 83-4 - Status Report Christoffersen reported that the work is practically finished; reported that there is still some restoration work and patching to be done. Christoffersen said he has had no personal contact with the residents except one (a sod and culvert complaint) which contractor is attempting to resolve. Bid Award - 1984 Sealcoating Christoffersen referred Council to bid tabulation of the 4 bids received; recommended that the bid be awarded to the low bidder, Allied Blacktop. Christiansen moved, seconded by Rauenhorst, that Council award the 1984 Seal coating bid to Allied Blacktop at a cost of $38,718.75. Motiqn carried unanimously. (4-0)
