Motion carried unanimously. (5-0) <br /> <br />Other BusIness <br /> <br />Ea<:jle Scout, DavId Reid, 1545 McClung Drive <br />Mulcahy reported that David Reid wIll receive the Eagle Scout <br />award at an Eagle Scout Court of Honor on Monday, February 20th. <br /> <br />Hicks moved, seconded by Rauenhorst, that Council adopt <br />Resolution No. 84-5, RESOLUTION CONGRATULATING DAVID REID FOR <br />ATTAINING THE RANK OF EAGLE SCOUT, which Mulcahy wi II present <br />to David ReId. Motion carried unanimously. (5-0) <br /> <br />JO<:jgers <br />Mulcahy reported concern from several residents that joggers <br />cannot be seen by automobIle drIvers; reported several near <br />accidents recently. <br /> <br />Council concurred that the Town CrIer Include a note to joggers, <br />advising them of the proble~ <br /> <br />Ma rch 7th P I ~ n-"J_!IlL CommJ ss I o.n._.M_e.e!JJlg, <br />Hicks reported that he will not be able to attend the March <br />Planning Commission Meeting. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />Christiansen wIll attend as liaIson. <br /> <br />Water to Arsenal <br />Woodburnr:eported that he wll I meet with Engineer Christoffersen <br />and Mr. Oster on Thursday morning, February 16th, at 9:00 a.m. <br />re water service to the arsenal. <br />
