Muske said he is not
a contract purchaser; property is owned and )eing
developed by Catherine Lametti.

Mulcahy said he would like to see the streets ,in the subdivision
narrowed; feels the overly wide streets, which meet City require-
ments, are unsightly and unnecessary; noted that these streets
serve a small number of people (14 lots).

Answer: Muske said the streets are proposed at the widt'hs
required by the Subdivision ordinance; as
proposed are not a problem for provision of
adequate building envelopes in the subdivision;
we are amendable to change if this is not
detrimental to the development.

Mulcahy asked when Council will see :the covenants?

Answer: Muske said they will be drafted by Mrs. Lamett1'!l
attorney Sh~rman Winthrop (Winthrop, Weinatine
an. Sexton); will be submitted as soon as they
are ready.

Mulcahy suggested that the Preliminary Plat be delayed until Council
has sufficient tilDe to review the covenants proposed, hopefully by
the January 30th lDeeting; suggested they can then be referred to
the Planning Commission for comments on February lat, if Council .'
desires, without causing developer further delay.

Muske said he will not be here at that tilDe; noted that th... RCWD
review will have to be delayed, pending approval of the Preliminary
Plat by th... City.

Mulcahy said he feels the covenants are the problem issue; wants to
see them; wants to delay Preliminary Plat approval until the
covenants are submitted; also stated he does not support any launch
sit... at this location; f......ls th... pr...s...nt public launch ar...a is
auffici...ntj does not support an unspecifi...d docking arrang...m...nt;
wan ts to s...e the de tails of the do ck to be cons t ructe d - length,
width, construction lDateria1 etc.
