'2t <br />--flR��HII.LS <br />CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />RESOLUTION NO.2025-070 <br />Attachment A <br />RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING THE SERVICE FEE CHARGE FOR <br />THE 2026 RESIDENTIAL CURBSIDE RECYCLING PROGRAM <br />WHEREAS, the City of Arden Hills has an established curbside recycling program in <br />place for Arden Hills residents; and <br />WHEREAS, the City will continue the program into the year 2026; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of Arden Hills has entered into a Joint Powers Agreement <br />(JPA) with Ramsey County to assess residential property owners fees to support the recycling <br />program; and <br />WHEREAS, the City of Arden Hills wishes to continue this funding mechanism. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Arden <br />Hills, Minnesota, that the funding rate for residential recycling for the year 2026 is hereby <br />established at $123.00 per residential unit that is offered curbside recycling services, and $3.75 <br />per residential unit that is not offered curbside recycling services. <br />ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ARDEN HILLS THIS <br />101h DAY OF NOVEMBER, 2025. <br />David Grant, Mayor <br />ATTEST: <br />Julie Hanson, City Clerk <br />To view the final document, access adopted Resolutions via Arden Hills Public Laserfiche Weblink by visiting <br />cityofardenhills. org and clicking on Archived Documents under Helpful Links on our main webpage. <br />
