The increase in fees is the result of increased costs due to inflationary <br />pressures; no other major cost drivers have been identified. <br />Staff is proposing no increase to the annual fee for each housing unit that is not part of the curbside <br />recycling program. The current fee is $3.75 per year. This fee is applied to Cottage Villas, Hunters <br />Park Condos, Parkshore Apartments, Arden Manor, E Street Flats, Arden Flats, Johanna Shores, <br />New Perspectives and Round Lake Senior Living. <br />Budget Impact <br />This information is included in the proposed 2026 budget. The recycling budget is an enterprise <br />fund that receives revenues from the annual household fee that is assessed to the property taxes <br />and from the SCORE grant provided by Ramsey County. Most of the expenses are from the <br />services provided by the Recycling Hauler.
