The 75th Anniversary Planning Committee and City will seek sponsorships for the event, but <br />sponsorship dollars are unknown. <br />While not all activities listed above may be included in the final program, Staff is seeking <br />guidance from the City Council on a budget amount to potentially offset associated fees, which <br />will provide some flexibility in final event design. <br />Budtet Impact <br />The City Council previously designated $12,500 of the Twin Cities Gateway grant funds for the <br />75' Anniversary but these dollars must be used toward marketing for the event. If Council <br />direction is given to include budget dollars in 2026 for 75th Anniversary planning, Staff will add <br />this amount in the November budget work session discussion for consideration as part of the <br />final budget adoption. <br />Attachments <br />Attachment A — 75th Anniversary — Event Cost Estimates <br />Page 2 of 2 <br />
