The Ordinance needs to be adopted by three affirmative votes of the City Council. The City <br /> does not have to conduct a public hearing in order to adopt the Ordinance. <br /> My copy ofthe City Code indicates that Appendix C would be the next chronological appendices <br /> forthe City Code. If your records indicate otherwise, please make the appropriate change.
