STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br /> ORDINANCE NO. <br /> AN ORDINANCE RELATING TO THE ARDEN HILLS EMERGENCY OPERATIONS <br /> PLAN. <br /> The Arden Hills City Council ordains that Article I, Section 7-1 of <br /> the Code of Ordinances of the City of Arden Hills is hereby amended <br /> to read as follows: <br /> ARTICLE I EMERGENCY OPERATIONS PLAN <br /> Section 7-l. Adoption. The "City of Arden Hills Emergency <br /> Operations Plan" (EOP) , consisting of pages 1 through 42, is <br /> adopted and attached as Appendix C to the Code of Ordinances of the <br /> City of Arden Hills, Minnesota. The EOP shall be reviewed and <br /> updated annually. A copy of the EOP shall be kept on file in the <br /> Arden Hills Administrative Office and may be reviewed during normal <br /> business hours. <br />~ The Arden Hills City Council ordains that Article I, Sections 7-2 <br /> through 7-22; Article II, its divisions and sections; and Article <br /> III and its sections of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Arden <br /> Hills are hereby repealed. <br /> Effective Date.
