MN Sports Commission <br /> Staff attended a meeting with the Commission to discuss Arden Hills potential <br />. interest in participating in the joint arena facility in Blaine. I have attached <br /> several documents for Council Review and will briefly address this under <br /> Administrator comments. <br />. 1. Restoration Advisorv Board Meeting: <br /> The first RAB meeting is scheduled for 7:00 PM on Monday, January 8, 1996. <br />I The Mayor has requested that I attend this meeting. Letter to Climb Theatre <br /> Staff has written Climb Theatre to attempt to clarify the status of its charitable <br />I gambling operations in Arden Hills. To date, Staff has not been able to obtain any <br /> information to clarify this issue. You will also find a memorandum from Mr. Post <br /> addressing the charitable gambling at Big Ten Supper Club. This is a direct result <br />. of a new request from an applicant to replace Climb Theatre. It is Staffs position <br /> that the new Permit applicant should not be acted upon until Climb Theatre <br /> responds to our inquiry.
