LMCIT recently contacted Staff and indicated that it was necessary to find a new Agent <br /> I of Record, as soon as possible. <br /> During 1995, Staff had begun researching various agencies/individuals who may be interested in <br /> II providing these services to the City. T.C. Field & Company was highly recommended by <br /> LMCIT and several other-local governmental units. <br /> I Company History <br /> T.C. Field has a long history of providing these services to municipalities. The Company also <br /> has the ability to assist Staff in several areas which need some attention. These include areas <br /> I such as Workers Compensation. The Company is paid on a commission basis. <br /> Recommendation <br /> I StatIrecommends Council appoint T,C.
