<br /> 'I <br />NSYA .1 <br />NORTH SUBUlUIAN YOlITH ASSOCIATION I <br /> I <br />January 24, 1996 I <br />Terry Post I <br />City of Arden Hills <br />1450 West Highway 96 <br />Arden Hills, MN 55112 I <br />Dear Terry. <br />In response to today's request for additional information regarding our premise permi[ application to I <br />conduct lawful gambling at Big Ten Supper Club,l am forwarding the following policies and sununaries. <br />NSY A Grant Application Process Information: I <br />Groups or individuals may request a Grant Application (enclosed) when they are in need of funds .. <br />for a project that will benefic the youth of our C<Jmmunity. <br />The profits made at Big Ten will be available for gran[ requests as well as for our annual <br />scholarship program. Grant requests are accepted for consideration from anyone within School I <br />Districts 621 and 623. Arden Hills is included in our boundary area. <br />NSY A has supported many projects in Arden Hills through the years although we have not had I <br />gambling sites in your community. We intend to continue to distribute our profits thtough grants <br />to worthwhile projects in the trade area. <br />I have not had time to prepare a useful per-forma for the Big Ten site, however the history of the sile I <br />indicates that it will provide good profit and remain in compliance with expense regulations. The 12 <br />month summary attached will give you an impression of the standard of operation we employ. Our staff <br />monitors gambling activities On a daily basis. with repom delivered to our membership each month.
