Agenda Items I a. Approval of Minutes The Council is asked to approve the December 26, 1995 and January 29, 1996 regular Council Meeting Minutes. I b. Consent Calendar 1. 1995 Operating Transfers I The Council is asked to approve various budgeted and unbudgeted operating transfers between funds for the year ended December 31, 1995. Ie These include the various sinking funds, TCAAP Fund, Shade Tree Fund, Community Services Fund and Program Fund. I 2. Claims and Payroll The Council is asked to approve claims in the amount of $305,323.33 and payroll for the period most recently ended. The Council should note I payments to Valley Paving in the amount of$69,582.69, Veit in the amount of$39,713.60, MCWS for February sewer in the amount of $47,023.00, LMC for general liability and property insurance coverage in I the amount of $54,398.00 and Ramsey County for police protection in the amount $47,555.00 I c. Unfinished and New Business I. Crystal Avenue Traffic Sign I The Public Safety Committee has recommended approval of a "No Left Turn on to Crystal Avenue" sign. This sign would be valid from 7:00- 8:00 A.M. on school days. This recommendation is based on a request I from several residents. However, several residents and the Ramsey County Sheriff have spoken in opposition to the sign. I 2. 1996 Street Improvement Project Update The purpose of the update is to provide the Council with any additional " information gathered from conversations with affected property owners over the past week. The update is not intended to be a formal Public I
