Agenda Items <br /> I a. Approval of Minutes <br /> The Council is asked to approve the December 26, 1995 and January 29, 1996 <br /> regular Council Meeting Minutes. <br /> I b. Consent Calendar <br /> 1. 1995 Operating Transfers <br /> I The Council is asked to approve various budgeted and unbudgeted <br /> operating transfers between funds for the year ended December 31, 1995. <br /> Ie These include the various sinking funds, TCAAP Fund, Shade Tree Fund, <br /> Community Services Fund and Program Fund. <br /> I 2. Claims and Payroll <br /> The Council is asked to approve claims in the amount of $305,323.33 and <br /> payroll for the period most recently ended. The Council should note <br /> I payments to Valley Paving in the amount of$69,582.69, Veit in the <br /> amount of$39,713.60, MCWS for February sewer in the amount of <br /> $47,023.00, LMC for general liability and property insurance coverage in <br /> I the amount of $54,398.00 and Ramsey County for police protection in the <br /> amount $47,555.00 <br /> I c. Unfinished and New Business <br /> I. Crystal Avenue Traffic Sign <br /> I The Public Safety Committee has recommended approval of a "No Left <br /> Turn on to Crystal Avenue" sign. This sign would be valid from 7:00- <br /> 8:00 A.M. on school days. This recommendation is based on a request <br /> I from several residents. However, several residents and the Ramsey <br /> County Sheriff have spoken in opposition to the sign. <br /> I 2. 1996 Street Improvement Project Update <br /> The purpose of the update is to provide the Council with any additional <br /> " information gathered from conversations with affected property owners <br /> over the past week. The update is not intended to be a formal Public <br /> I <br />
