Highwav 96 Improvements . <br /> The City Council is asked to adopt Resolution #96-06, Supporting the <br /> Highway 96 Reconstruction Concept Study. This Resolution has been I <br /> altered from that previously reviewed by 1he City Council. Specifically, <br /> Staff has met with Ramsey County officials and discussed the Concept <br /> Plan and the support being sought from the City. I <br /> The Resolution has been redrafted to provide clear support the Concept I <br /> Plan and clarify the concerns of the City in regards to the funding and <br /> design of the proposed project. Ramsey County still objects to a number <br /> of the various concerns identified by Staff. However, Staff believes these .. <br /> are appropriate and has not removed them from the Resolution. <br /> 2. Non-Agenda Items I <br /> The following items are enclosed in the packet or are updates on items of importance to <br /> the City of Arden Hills. <br /> a. February 2. 1996, Memorandum from Councilmember Paul Malone to I <br /> AMM <br /> Councilmember Malone has provided input to AMM on the proposed Bill I <br /> allocating funds for Comprehensive Plan Updates. <br /> b. 1995 Year End Sheriff Activity Report/Organizational Chart . <br /> The 1995 statistics appear to be fairly consistent with previous years activities. <br /> The one area which continues to have a high level of incidence is juvenile I <br /> offenses. <br /> c. March 6. 1996. Planning Commission Meeting I <br /> Staff received only one applica1ion for the March 7, 1996, Planning Commission <br /> meeting. Unless something moves quickly in the Gateway Business District, <br /> Staff intends to hold a Planning Commission Worksession at the conclusion of its . <br /> regular meeting.
