Executive Closed Session <br /> Karen Olsen and Staff wish to discuss with Council the current status of contract <br />I negotiations with the Local 49. <br /> 2. Al!enda Items <br />I a. Approval of Minutes <br /> The Council is asked to approve the Minutes from the February 12, 1996 Regular <br />I City Council Meeting. <br /> b. Consent Calendar <br />.. 1. Claims and Payroll <br /> The Council is asked to approve claims in the amount of $92,694.36 and <br /> the payroll for the period most recently ended. <br />I 2. Resolution #96-17. Cooperative Trail Grant Pro1:ram <br /> The Council is asked to adopt Resolution #96-17, supporting the trail <br />I development partially being funded by the DNR Cooperative Trail <br /> Program and naming a fiscal agent to the Cooperative Trail Grants <br /> Program. This action is a follow up to Resolution #95-25 whereby the <br />I City applied for funds through this program. Resolution #96-17 would <br /> reaffirm the City's desire to seek grant funds should the Legislature <br /> appropriate funds to this Program. <br />I 3. Proclamation for Kevin Fuller <br />I The Council may wish to read a Proclamation thanking Kevin Fuller for <br /> over ten years of service to the City. <br />I 4. Purchase of Park Equipment <br /> As detailed in the 1996 Budget, the Parks Department has solicited bids <br /> for two (2) pieces of equipment. The Parks Director will be asking <br />~ approval for the acquisition of a 3/4 ton pickup and a woodchipper. <br />1 <br />
