Given, the time that has expired since the <br /> Planning Commission recommendation and that the applicant is requesting to make <br /> substantive changes to the plat. The Staff would conclude that it is appropriate to refer I <br /> this Planning Case back to the Planning Commission for further consideration, including <br /> a new public hearing. <br />C.
