This is a function of the <br /> age of the roadway (when it was originally constructed), when the last overlay was completed, <br /> and the current roadway condition. For the purposes of this letter, we have used the average . <br /> allocation per mile of reconstruction needs in Arden Hills in 1996. This amount is based upon <br /> the 1996 $2.76 allotment per $100 of construction needs and results in an amount of $13,519 <br /> per mile of MSA street.
